Ed Temmel, Laboratory Manager

Ed Temmel, MT(ASCP), CLS(NCA); began working at Norton County Hospital in January of 2025.

Ed holds a BS in Biology, a BS in Medical Technology, and a minor in Chemistry from Emporia State University. He furthered his studies at the Topeka School of Medical Technology while working as an autopsy assistant at Stormont Vail Regional Medical Center. With 30 years of experience in hospital laboratory management, Ed brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.

Outside of work, Ed enjoys hiking the mountains of Colorado and Wyoming or hitting the open road on his motorcycle.
