This policy applies to both Norton County Hospital and Norton Medical Clinic property—including all parking lots, vehicles in the parking lot, off-site properties, and private vehicles being used for Hospital business—hereinafter referred to as “premises." Under this policy, the prohibited use of alcohol and illegal drugs will not be tolerated.
A blood test, urinalysis, or other drug screening will be required of any applicant receiving an offer of employment. Applicants must agree to be tested as a condition of their employment and will not be permitted to begin or continue employment if they test positive for alcohol or illegal drugs.
