Each specialist has his or her own method of making an appointment (some specialists' offices make the appointments, while others prefer that our hospital handles the appointments). Check In
For your convenience, park in the main lot next to Hwy 36.
Check in at the registration desk, just beyond the west door marked 'Outpatient Clinic Entrance'.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
If you have a pre-appointment Lab or Radiology visit scheduled, arrive 30 minutes early to ensure everything is set before your visit.
Bring your medication bottles to every appointment for an accurate review of your medicatin list.
